The Staticontrol MSG190G is an emulsifying additive – internal antistatic approved for the treatment of polyolefin packaging for foodstuffs (all components are vegetable-based – GMO-free – Kosher and Halal).
Normal dosages of use: PP injection 0.3 to 1.5%, the Staticontrol MSG190G can also be used for plasticized PVC (maximum 0.6% if transparent).
The usage rates recommended above allow RS # 1011 ohms to 1010 ohms to be obtained. The higher the dosage, the greater the side effects.
Precautions: do not preheat above 45 ° C (risk of caking).
Implementation: use with doser and / or mixer.

Application
The Staticontrol MSG190G provides an immediate antistatic effect for a few minutes to a few hours (depending on the dosage) after extrusion or injection (the Corona or flame treatment accelerates migration), this for a period of up to a few months, depending on the dosage and absence of friction.
The normal rate of use varies from 0.3% to 1.5% maximum for PP injection (in high grades).
