1100 series static eliminators

The 1100 Series Static Eliminators are brand new high performance ionisers for modern manufacturing. A resistive coupling between the high voltage source and the emitters gives them powerful ionisation with completely shockproof operation.

Available in two versions: the 1100 with fixed M4 mounting studs and the 1100-S with mounting studs which slide in a slot to the required position. Their compact size makes them particularly suited to web and sheet applications where space is limited.

NEOS intelligence monitors and reacts to the static charge by emitting the quantity and balance of ions to neutralise it. The combination of NEOS intelligence with intense ion generation creates static eliminators for the most demanding applications.

NEOS 12F is designed to be mounted within 100mm of the product. It is the most powerful short range static eliminator available. 

NEOS 12L is an antistatic eliminator for ranges up to 600 mm. For larger ranges see NEOS 20 and NEOS 30 static eliminators.

NEOS 20 is an antistatic eliminator for longer distances. Distances between 150mm and 800mm.

NEOS 30 is an antistic eliminator for long ranges. Distances between 200mm and 1500mm.
